How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It takes up to 1 to 2 business days for all orders to be fully processed. Standard Shipping is between 5-7 business days excluding weekends. International Shipping takes up to 7-12 business days. If you order with a HEALTHCARE code be advised your order will take longer than the normal shipment time due to the amount of orders we have received. Please prepare for your order to take about 10 - 35 business days as we have a high volume of orders. 

Where do I store my natural products?

We advise that your store all products in cool areas.

What if my product is stating it delivered and I can't locate it?

Please check with your USPS office. If items are lost they are usually able to assist to help you retrieve your package.

What is the return policy?

There are no refunds however we are more than happy to assist you with your order.
